📋 Job Description

We are actively seeking a highly motivated and skilled Help Desk Technician to join our dynamic Information Technology team. This is a full-time, hybrid role, offering the flexibility of remote work from anywhere within Europe. As a Help Desk Technician, you will be the first point of contact for our employees, providing essential technical support and ensuring smooth daily operations. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our IT infrastructure's reliability and fostering a productive work environment for our distributed team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and chat for employees across Europe.
  • Manage and resolve IT support tickets efficiently using our service desk system, prioritizing issues based on impact and urgency.
  • Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of workstations, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • Administer user accounts, permissions, and groups in Active Directory, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Document solutions, create knowledge base articles, and contribute to continuous improvement of support processes.
  • Collaborate with senior IT staff on more complex issues and participate in IT projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in a Help Desk or IT Support role, ideally within a remote or hybrid environment.
  • Strong understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems, including common applications and utilities.
  • Proficiency in supporting Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint) and administration.
  • Familiarity with basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN) and remote access tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international, and multicultural setting.
