📋 Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Support Specialist to join our dynamic Customer Service team in a Hybrid capacity, based in New York, NY, USA. This Full Time role is pivotal in ensuring our users receive exceptional support and a seamless experience with our products/services. You will be the primary point of contact for inquiries, providing expert guidance and resolving technical and service-related issues, contributing directly to our customer satisfaction and retention goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and accurate technical support and customer service via multiple channels (email, chat, phone).
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, escalating when necessary and thoroughly documenting all interactions.
  • Guide users through features, functionalities, and best practices to optimize their experience.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify and address recurring issues and improve product usability.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of support documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
  • Act as an advocate for the customer, providing feedback to internal teams to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer support, technical support, or help desk role, preferably in a tech-driven environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and support ticketing systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
