  • A foundational understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS), and common business applications (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen analytical mind, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, global team.
  • Eligibility to work in Singapore for the duration of the internship.
