Our growing organization is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time HR Executive to join our dynamic Human Resources team in a hybrid work arrangement. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communication via ATS.
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting background checks, and facilitating orientation sessions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and digital, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Provide administrative support for various HR programs and initiatives, such as performance management cycles and training sessions.
- Respond to basic employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures, escalating complex issues to senior HR team members.
- Support offboarding processes, including exit interviews and final settlement documentation.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in an HR administrative or executive role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work model from our Hyderabad office.
