📋 Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our team in Warsaw, Poland. This is a full-time, onsite position crucial for supporting our growing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring a positive and productive work environment while aligning with our strategic business objectives. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our company culture and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from talent sourcing to onboarding, for various departments.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance, especially with Polish labor law.
  • Provide HR support and counsel to employees and management on employee relations issues.
  • Nurture a positive working environment and implement employee engagement programs.
  • Manage and administer compensation and benefits programs.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate development programs for employees.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HR management role.
  • Strong understanding of Polish labor law and HR best practices.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent in both Polish and English.
