Key Responsibilities:
- Administer HR programs, including onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration support.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR information systems (HRIS).
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and new hire paperwork.
- Provide support in employee relations matters, including initial inquiries and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Generate HR reports and assist with various HR projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in an HR administrative or executive role.
- Solid understanding of HR best practices, policies, and employment legislation.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HRIS platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of discretion and professionalism.
