We are actively seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our fully remote team. This is a full-time opportunity based out of Warsaw, Poland, offering a competitive hourly rate of USD 20 – 30. You will be instrumental in shaping intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences across our diverse product portfolio, working closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to bring innovative ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency with our design system.
- Develop high-fidelity prototypes for user testing and stakeholder presentations.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical feasibility of designs and a seamless implementation process.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on digital products.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Experience with conducting user research, usability testing, and interpreting data.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of articulate design decisions and gathering feedback effectively.
