Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a research and development environment, preferably with a focus on product innovation or process optimization.
- Demonstrated proficiency in experimental design, data analysis, and problem-solving methodologies.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
