We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part-Time IT Project Manager to join our dynamic remote team. Key responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, defining scope and objectives, and managing all project phases including resource allocation, budget tracking, and scheduling. You will be expected to lead project meetings, provide regular status updates to senior management, and ensure adherence to best practices in project management methodologies. Furthermore, identifying and managing project risks, resolving issues, and implementing changes will be a core part of your daily activities. This role demands a proactive individual with exceptional organizational and leadership skills, capable of motivating remote teams and driving efficiency in a fast-paced setting.
To be successful in this role, you should possess a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in IT project management, preferably with a PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification. Strong command of project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project) and excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential. Experience managing remote teams and projects within a global context is highly desirable.
