Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of interactive e-learning modules and courses using various authoring tools.
- Create and edit multimedia elements such as graphics, audio, video, and animations to enhance learning content.
- Collaborate closely with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and other team members to translate learning objectives into engaging digital formats.
- Conduct quality assurance testing of e-learning materials to ensure functionality, accessibility, and adherence to design standards.
- Contribute to the maintenance and updating of existing e-learning content, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Multimedia Production, or a related field.
- Demonstrated familiarity with at least one major e-learning authoring tool (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Rise 360).
- Basic understanding of instructional design principles and learning theories (e.g., ADDIE, SAM, adult learning principles).
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) and basic video editing skills are a strong plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a creative approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- A portfolio showcasing relevant academic or personal e-learning, multimedia, or instructional design projects.
