We are seeking a talented and experienced E-Learning Developer to join our dynamic team in Mexico City, Mexico. This is a Full-Time, Onsite position where you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing engaging and effective digital learning experiences. As an E-Learning Developer, your core responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) and instructional designers to analyze learning needs and define course objectives.
- Designing and developing interactive e-learning modules, simulations, and assessments using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, and Adobe Captivate.
- Integrating multimedia elements, including graphics, audio, video, and animations, to enhance learning engagement.
- Ensuring all e-learning content adheres to SCORM/xAPI standards and is compatible with various Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Conducting quality assurance testing of e-learning courses to ensure functionality, accuracy, and an optimal user experience.
- Maintaining and updating existing e-learning content to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
We are looking for candidates with a strong background in instructional design and e-learning development. Key requirements include:
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in e-learning development, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.
- Proficiency with leading e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate).
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM), and graphic design principles.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and content publishing.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Fluency in English is required; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
