In this full-time role, you will be instrumental in conceptualizing, designing, and developing engaging and effective learning experiences that meet the needs of diverse learners globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop innovative instructional materials, including e-learning modules, blended learning programs, virtual workshops, and performance support tools.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and audience analyses to identify learning objectives and performance gaps.
- Apply instructional design theories and models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create learner-centric and outcome-driven solutions.
- Collaborate closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate complex content into clear, concise, and engaging learning assets.
- Utilize various authoring tools to build interactive and visually appealing courses.
- Develop assessment strategies and evaluation methods to measure learning effectiveness and program impact.
- Continuously research and integrate new technologies and instructional strategies to enhance the learning experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in instructional design and e-learning development.
- Proficiency with leading authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate, Rise 360, or similar.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, cognitive psychology, and instructional design methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.
- Experience working in a remote capacity and collaborating with geographically dispersed teams is highly desirable.
We offer a competitive salary range of USD 35,000 – 50,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
