📋 Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Part-Time Supply Chain Analyst to join our dynamic operations team in Singapore. This hybrid role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the efficiency and optimization of our global supply chain, working approximately 20-25 hours per week. If you are passionate about data-driven decision-making and possess a strong understanding of supply chain principles, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of supply chain data, including inventory levels, demand forecasts, supplier performance, and logistics costs, to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain supply chain models and reports to support strategic planning and operational decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., procurement, logistics, sales) to optimize inventory management, improve forecast accuracy, and streamline processes.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular insights and recommendations to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
  • Assist in the evaluation of suppliers and logistics providers, supporting contract negotiations and performance reviews.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects aimed at supply chain innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in supply chain analysis, inventory planning, or logistics roles.
  • Proven proficiency in data analysis tools, particularly Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables) and experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Singapore.
