We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join our dynamic Operations & Logistics team in Hong Kong. - Conduct in-depth analysis of supply chain data, identifying trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement in areas such as inventory, warehousing, and transportation.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor supply chain health and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and sales, to implement process improvements and achieve operational excellence.
- Assist in demand forecasting, inventory planning, and optimization strategies to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize carrying costs.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for management, outlining findings, recommendations, and the impact of implemented changes.
- Support the evaluation of vendor performance and contribute to negotiations for improved service levels and cost efficiencies.
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
- 2-4 years of proven experience in a supply chain analysis or similar analytical role, preferably within a global operations environment.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools, including advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros) and ideally SQL or other database query languages.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning software is a significant advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively conveying technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
