Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of operational data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using business intelligence tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and supply chain, to implement operational enhancements and best practices.
- Forecast operational performance and resource needs, providing actionable insights to leadership.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- 3-5 years of experience in an operations analyst, business analyst, or similar data-focused role, preferably within a large-scale operations or logistics environment.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation, advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros).
