Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and process large datasets from various sources to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Perform in-depth statistical analysis to identify trends, correlations, and key insights relevant to business objectives.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to visualize data effectively.
- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to understand data needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner, both verbally and in writing.
- Support A/B testing initiatives and evaluate the performance of new features or campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation is essential.
- Strong experience with at least one major BI tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) for data visualization and dashboard creation.
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis techniques and data modeling principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with an ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis is a significant advantage.
