We are seeking a highly motivated and organized IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Singapore. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of IT projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, budgets, resources, and deliverables, utilizing recognized project management methodologies.
- Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project progression and effective communication.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues to keep projects on track and within budget.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Ensure all project documentation is accurately maintained and compliant with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in IT project management or a similar project coordination role.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize tasks effectively under pressure.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM, PRINCE2) are a plus but not strictly required for this level.
