We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced Compensation & Benefits Analyst to join our dynamic Human Resources team in Warsaw, Poland. This onsite, full-time role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate our diverse global workforce. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of compensation principles, market trends, and data analysis to ensure our total rewards offerings are aligned with our business strategy and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness of our compensation structures.
- Participate in the design, development, and administration of various compensation programs, including base pay, incentive plans, and annual salary reviews.
- Support the benefits administration process, including vendor management, enrollment, and communication of employee benefits (e.g., health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs).
- Analyze compensation and benefits data, preparing detailed reports and recommendations for HR leadership and business stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and internal policies related to compensation and benefits in Poland and other regions as required.
- Utilize HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) effectively for data management, reporting, and process automation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in Compensation & Benefits analysis, preferably within a multinational environment.
- Exceptional analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, complex formulas).
- Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of compensation methodologies, job evaluation, and market pricing.
- Knowledge of Polish labor law pertaining to compensation and benefits is a significant asset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data clearly to various audiences.
We offer a highly competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 – 160,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
