📋 Job Description

We are actively seeking an experienced and dynamic Brand Manager to join our innovative Marketing & Communications team in Dubai, UAE. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity for a visionary leader to shape and elevate our brand presence in a highly competitive market. As a Brand Manager, you will be instrumental in driving brand strategy, fostering brand loyalty, and executing impactful marketing initiatives that resonate with our target audience across the region. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies and marketing plans aligned with business objectives and market trends.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and challenges, informing brand positioning and messaging.
  • Manage the entire brand lifecycle, from concept development and product launches to ongoing brand health monitoring and optimization.
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, traditional, and experiential marketing.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and public relations, to ensure brand consistency and achieve unified goals.
  • Monitor brand performance, analyze key metrics, and provide regular reports with actionable insights to senior management.
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve maximum brand impact and ROI.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in brand management, preferably within the GCC market.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies and marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and brand performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and digital marketing platforms.

This full-time, onsite role offers a competitive salary package ranging from USD 55,000 – 75,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
