Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies and marketing plans aligned with business objectives and market trends.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and challenges, informing brand positioning and messaging.
- Manage the entire brand lifecycle, from concept development and product launches to ongoing brand health monitoring and optimization.
- Oversee the creation and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, traditional, and experiential marketing.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and public relations, to ensure brand consistency and achieve unified goals.
- Monitor brand performance, analyze key metrics, and provide regular reports with actionable insights to senior management.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve maximum brand impact and ROI.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in brand management, preferably within the GCC market.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and brand performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

This full-time, onsite role offers a competitive salary package ranging from USD 55,000 – 75,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
