📋 Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence across the vibrant Asia-Pacific region. This is a unique opportunity to shape and execute cutting-edge social media strategies for a rapidly growing global organization. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be instrumental in driving brand awareness, fostering community engagement, and supporting our ambitious growth objectives in diverse APAC markets, all from a remote work setup.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand objectives and regional market nuances across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, and emerging local platforms.
  • Oversee content creation (text, image, video) ensuring it is culturally relevant, engaging, and optimized for each platform and audience segment.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using relevant tools, providing actionable insights to refine strategies and improve ROI.
  • Actively engage with online communities, respond to comments and messages, and manage our brand reputation proactively.
  • Stay abreast of social media trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activities within the APAC landscape to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to ensure consistent messaging and integrated campaigns.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in social media management, with a strong focus on the Asia-Pacific market.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing social media campaigns that drive engagement and achieve business goals.
  • Expertise in social media analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Google Analytics) and content management systems.
  • Exceptional copywriting, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a keen eye for detail and cultural sensitivities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other major APAC languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Bahasa) is a significant advantage.
