Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using leading BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to visualize complex data sets.
- Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities, presenting findings clearly and concisely to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency by working closely with data engineering teams on data warehousing and ETL processes.
- Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and reporting functionalities, fostering a data-literate culture.
- Continuously seek to improve reporting processes and analytical methodologies to enhance efficiency and impact.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
- 2-4 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or in a similar data-focused role.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis is essential.
- Demonstrated expertise with at least one major BI visualization tool (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and database structures.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical findings into business insights for non-technical audiences.
- Experience with statistical analysis or programming languages (e.g., Python, R) for data analysis is a plus.
