We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Key Account Executive to join our dynamic Sales & Business Development team. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and expand our footprint within assigned key accounts.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at client organizations.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and revenue streams within existing accounts, understanding client needs and proposing tailored solutions.
- Lead complex negotiations, prepare compelling proposals, and close deals while ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and support teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing service delivery.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and regular reporting on account health and performance to senior management.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in key account management, strategic sales, or business development, preferably within the technology or B2B services sector.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas and managing a portfolio of high-value accounts.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) for pipeline management and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
