📋 Job Description

Our dynamic and rapidly expanding team is seeking an experienced and driven Account Manager to join us onsite in our San Francisco office. This full-time role is crucial for nurturing existing client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction within our diverse portfolio. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned clients, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct regular onsite meetings and presentations to key stakeholders, showcasing product value and addressing client needs effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery and client success.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, contracts, and forecasts, maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably within a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a demonstrated ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Strong analytical abilities to understand client performance data and identify strategic growth areas.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to achieving goals and objectives.
