📋 Job Description

We are searching for a dynamic and innovative Social Media Manager to join our growing remote team. Although this is a fully remote position, we're building a vibrant hub in Berlin, Germany, and welcome applications from candidates based there or within a suitable European time zone. As a key player in our marketing and communications efforts, you will be responsible for shaping and executing our social media strategy across various platforms, engaging our global audience, and driving brand awareness and growth for our cutting-edge products/services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall business objectives and marketing campaigns.
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, image, video) for all social media channels, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to best practices.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using relevant metrics and tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Actively engage with online communities, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive brand interactions and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, platform changes, and competitor activities to ensure our strategy remains innovative and effective.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, design, product, customer success) to ensure cohesive messaging and integrated campaigns.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in a remote or distributed team setting.
  • Demonstrable expertise in managing major social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) and understanding their unique algorithms.
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Hootsuite) and a data-driven approach to strategy and reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with an ability to craft compelling narratives and engaging copy.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for engaging visual and textual content, and basic graphic design/video editing skills are a plus.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while thriving in an independent, remote work environment.
