QA Engineer

We are actively seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Part-Time QA Engineer to join our dynamic team in Warsaw, Poland. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to combine remote work with in-office collaboration, contributing to the quality assurance of our innovative software products. As a QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability, performance, and reliability of our applications through meticulous testing and validation processes. We are looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for new features and existing functionalities.
• Perform manual and automated testing, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects using issue tracking systems, ensuring clear and concise reporting.
• Collaborate closely with development, product management, and other QA team members to understand requirements and ensure testability.
• Participate in sprint planning and stand-up meetings, providing valuable input from a quality perspective.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our QA processes, tools, and methodologies.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar role, preferably in a part-time capacity.
• Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Proficiency in executing API testing (e.g., Postman, SoapUI).
• Familiarity with SQL for database testing and data validation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team in a hybrid setting in Warsaw.
