As a Reporting Analyst, your core responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining a suite of operational and analytical reports and dashboards using various business intelligence tools. You will be responsible for extracting data from multiple sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, and performing in-depth analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. Collaboration with stakeholders across different functional areas to understand their reporting needs and translate them into technical specifications will be a key aspect of this role. You will also contribute to data governance initiatives and continuously seek ways to improve reporting efficiency and data visualization techniques.
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong foundation in data analysis and reporting. We require 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation. Expertise with leading Business Intelligence platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is essential, alongside advanced Microsoft Excel skills. A solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and ETL processes will be highly valued. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are paramount, enabling you to present complex data clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
