Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT projects across various departments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to all stakeholders, maintaining transparency and fostering clear understanding.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, promoting a collaborative and high-performance culture.

What You Bring:
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in IT project management, preferably in a fast-paced technology-driven environment.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software development, infrastructure, or system integration projects.
- Strong understanding and practical experience with various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
- Solid technical acumen with the ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, schedule technical tasks, and evaluate technical risks.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
- Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model, balancing remote and in-office presence in Warsaw.
