We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Data Scientist to join our innovative team in Singapore. This is a full-time, onsite position where you will play a pivotal role in transforming complex datasets into actionable insights, driving strategic decisions across various business functions. You will be instrumental in developing predictive models, optimizing processes, and contributing to the growth of our data-driven initiatives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems, from conception to production.
- Perform in-depth data analysis, statistical modeling, and A/B testing to identify trends, patterns, and causal relationships.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to define problems, scope projects, and deliver impactful solutions.
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear, concise, and compelling presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Continuously research and evaluate new data science techniques, tools, and technologies to enhance our analytical capabilities.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Scientist, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, with expertise in relevant libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Pandas, NumPy).
- Solid understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and experimental design (A/B testing).
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis. Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
