Key Responsibilities will include:
- Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives, providing expert guidance on organizational design, talent management, and workforce planning.
- Employee Relations: Proactively manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting investigations and advising on conflict resolution in compliance with global labor laws.
- Talent Development: Drive initiatives for performance management, succession planning, and employee development programs tailored to a diverse, global workforce.
- Change Management: Support and guide leaders and employees through organizational change, ensuring smooth transitions and sustained engagement.
- Compensation & Benefits: Partner with the HR leadership team to implement competitive compensation, benefits, and reward strategies that attract and retain top talent globally.
- HR Policy & Compliance: Ensure HR policies and practices are compliant with relevant international regulations and best practices, adapting to local nuances where necessary.
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Proven experience (5+ years) as an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role in a global, fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in multiple HR disciplines, including employee relations, talent management, organizational development, and compensation.
- Strong understanding of international labor laws and HR best practices across various regions.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and consultation skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in a remote work setting, demonstrating self-motivation, adaptability, and effective time management across different time zones.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
