📋 Job Description

Our dynamic consumer goods organization is seeking a passionate and results-driven Part-Time Brand Manager to join our marketing team in Warsaw. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with overall business objectives and market trends.
  • Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring brand consistency and message effectiveness.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and challenges, informing product positioning and communication.
  • Collaborate closely with product development, sales, and external agencies to ensure integrated brand experiences.
  • Monitor brand performance, track key metrics, and prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness and market share.
  • Manage brand budget allocation and ensure efficient use of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Act as a brand champion, ensuring all internal and external communications reflect brand values and guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably within the consumer goods sector.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and consumer insights.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, fluent in both English and Polish.
  • Proficiency with marketing analytics tools and project management software.
  • Creative thinking with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
