We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Visual Designer to join our dynamic team in Hong Kong. This is a full-time, hybrid role where you'll blend remote work with collaborative office sessions, playing a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and user experience across various platforms. You will be instrumental in translating complex ideas into compelling visual narratives that resonate with our global audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces for web, mobile, and other digital products, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- Create and maintain comprehensive design systems, style guides, and brand assets to ensure uniformity and efficiency across projects.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and developers to transform conceptual ideas into pixel-perfect designs.
- Present design concepts, rationale, and prototypes to stakeholders, effectively articulating design decisions and incorporating feedback.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, design tools, and best practices in visual design, constantly seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Participate in user research and testing activities to gather insights and iteratively refine designs based on user feedback.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related creative field.
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Visual Designer, preferably within a fast-paced tech or digital product development environment.
- Expert proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- An outstanding online portfolio showcasing a diverse range of visual design projects, including UI/UX, branding, digital campaigns, and illustration.
- Exceptional understanding of core design principles, typography, color theory, layout, and iconography.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design ideas clearly and collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team.
We offer a competitive salary package ranging from USD 120,000 – 160,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and demonstrated capabilities.
