We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Motion Graphics Designer to join our dynamic team. This is a Full Time, Remote position, ideally for candidates based in Hyderabad, India, who can bring fresh ideas and exceptional animation skills to our diverse range of projects. As a key member of our Design & Creative category, you will be instrumental in transforming complex concepts into engaging and visually stunning animated content that capt captivates audiences across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, animate, and produce high-quality motion graphics for digital marketing campaigns, social media, explainer videos, presentations, and other visual content.
- Collaborate closely with creative directors, marketing specialists, and content creators to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling visual narratives.
- Develop storyboards, animatics, and mock-ups to visualize and present design concepts.
- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to established style guides across all animated deliverables.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest motion graphics trends, tools, and techniques to continuously elevate our creative output.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Motion Graphics Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of animation styles and projects.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.
- Solid understanding of animation principles, typography, color theory, and visual design.
- Experience with 3D animation software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) is a significant plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Must be based in or around Hyderabad, India, with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.
