Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand objectives and regional market nuances across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, and emerging local platforms.
- Oversee content creation (text, image, video) ensuring it is culturally relevant, engaging, and optimized for each platform and audience segment.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using relevant tools, providing actionable insights to refine strategies and improve ROI.
- Actively engage with online communities, respond to comments and messages, and manage our brand reputation proactively.
- Stay abreast of social media trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activities within the APAC landscape to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to ensure consistent messaging and integrated campaigns.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in social media management, with a strong focus on the Asia-Pacific market.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing social media campaigns that drive engagement and achieve business goals.
- Expertise in social media analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Google Analytics) and content management systems.
- Exceptional copywriting, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a keen eye for detail and cultural sensitivities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other major APAC languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Bahasa) is a significant advantage.
