Job Title: Customer Success Manager
We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team in São Paulo, Brazil. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a dedicated portfolio of clients in the Brazilian market.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their business objectives, identify challenges, and ensure successful adoption and utilization of our solutions.
- Monitor client health, identify potential risks to retention, and implement strategic interventions to mitigate churn and drive renewals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and support teams to advocate for client needs, resolve complex issues, and drive continuous improvement.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to expand client relationships and contribute to revenue growth.
- Conduct regular business reviews, deliver effective product training sessions, and share best practices to maximize client value and ROI.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (3+ years) in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role, preferably within a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
- Fluency in both Portuguese and English (written and spoken) is essential for effective communication with our diverse client base and internal teams.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a proactive and results-oriented approach to client management.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer success platforms (e.g., Gainsight, ChurnZero) is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
