Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions.
- Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Design intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user interfaces for various platforms (web, mobile, etc.).
- Create high-fidelity prototypes for user testing and stakeholder presentations.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure design consistency and feasibility.
- Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides to ensure brand consistency across all products.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (3+ years) in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
- Experience with iterative design processes and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is highly preferred.
