📋 Job Description

Are you a detail-oriented and analytical individual with a passion for transforming complex data into actionable insights? We are looking for a skilled Reporting Analyst to join our dynamic team in Stockholm. In this full-time, onsite role, you will play a crucial part in our Data & Analytics department, responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive reports and dashboards that drive strategic decision-making across various business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain a suite of reports and dashboards using various business intelligence tools.
  • Extract and manipulate large datasets from multiple sources using SQL to support reporting requirements.
  • Perform data validation and ensure accuracy and consistency of all reported metrics.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Provide insightful analysis of data trends, identifying key performance indicators and potential areas for improvement.
  • Automate existing reports and optimize reporting processes for efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Reporting Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Strong experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik Sense.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
