We are seeking a highly talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic product development team. This role is pivotal in shaping intuitive, engaging, and impactful user experiences across our diverse range of digital products. You will be responsible for the entire design lifecycle, from initial research and conceptualization to high-fidelity prototyping and implementation support, ensuring our products not only look great but are also a joy to use.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead user research efforts, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Translate research insights into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes that effectively communicate design ideas and solutions.
- Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces for web and mobile applications, adhering to brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and ensure technical feasibility.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing results, and market trends, contributing to the continuous improvement of our design system.
- Present and articulate design decisions and their rationale to various teams and leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful digital products.
- Expert proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design patterns.
- Experience conducting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative user research.
- Solid grasp of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to effectively communicate with engineers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
