Senior SRE

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our dynamic team in Singapore. You will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing our cloud-native infrastructure, leveraging your expertise in areas such as Kubernetes, public cloud platforms, and advanced CI/CD practices. Your work will directly impact the performance, stability, and efficiency of our systems, ensuring a seamless experience for our users worldwide. This onsite role requires a collaborative spirit and a passion for solving complex technical challenges in a fast-paced environment.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and maintain highly scalable, fault-tolerant, and cost-effective cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Automate deployment pipelines, operational tasks, and infrastructure provisioning using CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions and infrastructure as code (IaC) principles with Terraform.
• Implement and manage GitOps workflows using ArgoCD to ensure declarative and consistent application deployments.
• Define, monitor, and enforce Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Indicators (SLIs) to meet business requirements for system availability and performance.
• Perform deep-dive troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex production issues across distributed systems.
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure rapid response and resolution of critical incidents, continuously improving incident management processes.
• Collaborate with development teams to embed reliability, observability, and security best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement new technologies and tools to enhance our SRE capabilities and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Tools: Extensive experience (5+ years) in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or a similar role. Deep expertise with cloud platforms, particularly AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, EKS, Lambda, CloudWatch). Proficient with container orchestration technologies, specifically Kubernetes. Strong command of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform. Solid experience with CI/CD systems, including GitHub Actions. Hands-on experience implementing and managing GitOps with ArgoCD. Proficiency in monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack or Datadog. Strong scripting skills in Python, Go, or Bash. Excellent understanding of networking concepts, distributed systems, and microservices architecture. Experience with incident management, post-mortems, and continuous improvement processes.

Nice-to-Have: Experience with other public cloud providers (GCP, Azure). Knowledge of database administration (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Security best practices in cloud environments. Contributions to open-source projects. Certifications in relevant cloud or SRE technologies.
