We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team in Hong Kong. This is a full-time, hybrid role, offering the flexibility of both remote and office work. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, primarily leveraging Microsoft Azure. You will play a critical role in ensuring the scalability, reliability, and security of our platforms, working with a modern tech stack focused on infrastructure as code and automation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable infrastructure-as-code solutions using Azure Bicep for provisioning and managing Azure resources.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to automate software delivery, testing, and deployment processes.
- Administer and optimize Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) clusters, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
- Configure and manage monitoring and alerting solutions using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights to proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps practices throughout the software development lifecycle, promoting a culture of continuous delivery.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues across various Azure services, ensuring minimal downtime and effective root cause analysis.
- Drive cloud cost optimization initiatives, identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions to reduce operational expenses.
Required Skills & Tools:
- 5+ years of experience in a DevOps or SRE role, with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure.
- Expertise in Azure services, including but not limited to AKS, Azure DevOps, Azure Monitor, Azure Networking, and Azure Identity.
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with extensive experience in Azure Bicep.
- Strong experience with CI/CD pipeline implementation and management, particularly using Azure DevOps.
- Solid understanding of containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Scripting proficiency in PowerShell and/or Python for automation tasks.
- Familiarity with Git version control and branching strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with other IaC tools like Terraform.
- Knowledge of database administration (e.g., Azure SQL Database, Cosmos DB).
- Familiarity with security best practices in cloud environments.
- Relevant Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-400, AZ-104).
