We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Education Consultant to join our dynamic team in a part-time, hybrid capacity. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative educational strategies and programs tailored to client needs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and learning outcomes.
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments, analyze data, and provide actionable recommendations to educational institutions, corporate learning departments, and government agencies.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and professional development programs for educators, administrators, and organizational staff.
- Manage educational projects from inception to completion, including scope definition, resource allocation, timeline management, and stakeholder communication.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and policies in education to continuously enhance service offerings and client solutions.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners in a hybrid work environment to achieve project goals.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in education consulting, curriculum development, instructional leadership, or a similar advisory role.
- Demonstrated expertise in educational program design, implementation, and evaluation across various learning contexts.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders.
- Proven project management abilities, with a track record of delivering successful outcomes on time and within budget.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Polish or other European languages is a significant advantage.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a flexible, hybrid work model, requiring both remote work and in-office presence in Warsaw.
