We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer to join our innovative and globally distributed team. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be instrumental in the design, development, and testing of complex electronic systems, playing a crucial role in bringing our next-generation products to life. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits for various applications.
- Perform schematic capture, PCB layout, and component selection, ensuring manufacturability and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct simulations (SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink) and prototype testing to validate designs and troubleshoot issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, software developers, and project managers, to integrate electrical systems.
- Develop detailed technical documentation, including specifications, test plans, and assembly instructions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in electrical engineering.
- Provide technical support and guidance throughout the product lifecycle, from concept to production.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in electrical hardware design and development.
- Proficiency with EDA tools such as Altium Designer, Eagle, or KiCad for schematic capture and PCB layout.
- Strong understanding of power electronics, signal integrity, EMI/EMC principles, and embedded systems.
- Demonstrated experience with simulation software (e.g., SPICE, MATLAB, Simulink).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a remote team environment across different time zones.
